About · Meet your coach

A boy mom who never stopped training.

Brooke Pereira coaches moms through their first 5 months back. Same standards she holds herself to, on a schedule that fits a mom's life.

Meet Brooke

The coach who built it first.

Brooke Pereira is a fitness and movement coach. She teaches Mommy & Me Pilates, hosts Babes & Barbells (her women's lift event) and stays in the gym herself, every week.

She built this 5-month program so more moms could work 1:1 with her. Same standards, same care, same energy. Remote, on a schedule that fits a mom's life.

She's a boy mom too. She gets it.

Brooke

Background

How she got here.

Brooke has been in the gym her whole adult life. She came back to it after her own pregnancy the way she's now asking her clients to: slowly, with structure, on a real plan, not on a 30-day reset.

NEEDS COPY: early background Brooke's path into fitness: childhood sport, early training, when she first started coaching, what shaped her approach before motherhood.

Why postpartum

Why she only works with moms now.

The postpartum window is the one that gets the least real coaching. There's a lot of "be patient with your body" and not a lot of "here's a plan you can actually run." Brooke built the 5-month program to be the second thing.

NEEDS COPY: personal why Brooke's own postpartum: what surprised her, what was missing from the advice she got, the specific gap that pushed her to start coaching moms 1:1.

Approach

Pilates first. Strength second. Confidence last.

The 5 months move on a real progression. Months 1 and 2 are Pilates-first foundations: breath, core reconnection, rebuilding the floor before adding weight to it. Months 3 and 4 are real strength training with progressive overload, on a mom-friendly schedule. Month 5 is the part you can see in photos.

What she runs in her practice today:

  • Mommy & Me Pilates (group instruction)
  • Babes & Barbells (her women's lift event)
  • 1:1 postpartum coaching (the 5-month program)
NEEDS COPY: credentials and certifications Pilates certification body and year, any additional strength/coaching certifications, continuing education, anything she wants on record as formal credentials.

Off the clock

Boy mom. Lifter. Coach.

Brooke is a boy mom. She's in the gym every week herself, not just on her clients' programs. Her standards for her own training are the same ones she holds for the moms she coaches.
