Pilates-first movement, breath, core re-connection. We rebuild the floor before we add weight to it.

Real weight, real progressive overload, on a mom-friendly schedule. The pretty word for this one is "athletic." The honest word is "strong."

You see the photos and don't flinch. You walk into the gym like you belong there, because you do.
